Community Spaghetti Dinner To Support Volley For The Cure
The Bucyrus High School cheerleaders, football team and band will be sponsoring a free spaghetti dinner on Thursday, September 16, 2010, in the Bucyrus Secondary School Commons. Free-will donations will be accepted and go toward supporting the Susan G. Komen Foundation. The spaghetti dinner will run from 5-7 p.m. and is open to the public.
Following the dinner, the junior varsity and varsity volleyball teams will host the Volley for the Cure in the high school gymnasium as they take on Ontario. During the event, the team will be raffling off items donated by local vendors as well as having a bake sale. Those who purchased a t-shirt in advance will receive half-price entry into the game.
