Bullying/Harassment Cases

Through the third nine week grading period, the Bucyrus Elementary has had fifteen (15) reports of intimidation, harassment, or bullying.  Three (3) of those reports were sent to us on the new on-line reporting form, with the another being relayed to us through a parental letter, all other notifications were verbal.  Parental contact was made in all cases.  Seven (7) cases resulted in emergency removal, suspension, expulsion, and/or informing law enforcement. The remaining reported incident(s) involved social education intervention, discipline within the school setting, or did not fall under the guise of harassment, intimidation, and/or bullying.
