Dear Bucyrus City School District Athletic Community,

Bucyrus City School District is a member of the North Central Conference which consists of Bucyrus, Buckeye Central, Colonel Crawford, Crestline, Galion, Lucas, Ontario, Riverdale, Upper Sandusky, and Wynford.  Bucyrus offers 17 varsity sports which include: Baseball, Basketball (Boys' and Girls'), Cheerleading, Cross Country (Boys' and Girls'), Football, Golf, Softball, Swimming (Boys' and Girls'), Tennis (Boys' and Girls'), Track (Boys' and Girls'), Volleyball, and Wrestling.  We encourage all of our students to get involved and STAY involved.  We believe that athletics is an extension of the classroom and can be essential to a student's mental and physical growth.

The Bucyrus City School District is interested in the development of young men and women through athletics. We feel that a properly controlled, well-organized sports program meets students' needs for discipline, responsibility, mental development and physical growth.  We hope our student athletes will find it to be a rewarding experience and prepare them to become valuable members of our society.
